Refund after Michaels receives and inspects item
Do You Need a Receipt to Return to Michaels?
Receipt required for full refund. Michaels Rewards members may have purchase lookup available.
Alternative proof of purchase:
- Michaels Rewards account purchase history
- Credit card purchase history
What Condition Do Items Need to Be In?
Items must be in their original condition with original packaging and tags attached. Items that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged are not eligible for return.

What Should You Watch Out For at Michaels?
