What is Adidas' return policy?

Adidas accepts returns within 30 days for unworn, unwashed items purchased on adidas.com with all original tags attached. Returns are free by mail with a prepaid label. Items purchased from other retailers (Amazon, Foot Locker, Dick's) must be returned to those stores.

Can I return Adidas shoes if I wore them outside?

No. Adidas shoes must be tried on indoors and returned in unworn condition. Shoes that have been worn outside with dirt or signs of outdoor use will not be accepted for return. The item must also be in its original box with all packaging.

Can I return Adidas bought at Foot Locker to Adidas?

No. Adidas can only process returns for items purchased directly from adidas.com. Products purchased from Foot Locker, Amazon, Dick's, or any other retailer must be returned to that store following their return policy.
