Lowe's offers a 90-day return window for most items. Major appliances must be reported as damaged or defective within 48 hours of delivery. Lowe's Advantage Card holders get 365 days on most purchases.

Lowe's can look up purchases via MyLowe's Rewards account or credit/debit card

What Condition Do Items Need to Be In?
Items should be in new, unused condition with original packaging when possible. Used or installed items may not be accepted except in cases of defect.
