Do You Need a Receipt to Return to Ross?
Original paper receipt is required for a cash or card refund. No digital or account-based receipt lookup is available.
What Condition Do Items Need to Be In?
Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Worn, washed, or altered items will not be accepted for return.
