TJ Maxx offers 30-day returns for unworn, tagged items with a receipt. In-store returns are free. Mail returns require a self-purchased label. No TJX Rewards card required but helps with no-receipt situations.

What Condition Do Items Need to Be In?
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original TJ Maxx tags attached. Items without tags or showing signs of wear may be declined.
